Who am I?

My name is Tim Bell.

My goal, is to help you make your experience as a human being as optimal as possible. 

Through my 10+ years as fitness coach, mobility expert, and meditation teacher, I’ve developed a tool box of proven techniques and approaches, that will help you illuminate your hidden physical, mental, and emotional potential. 

I design personalized programs and provide coaching/guidance, to help you move, think, and look better - making you the strongest version of yourself.

Meditation

Meditation isn’t about stopping thoughts, or “clearing your mind”, it’s quite the opposite. It’s about being here, with your thoughts and emotions, experiencing them and the moment at hand, without judgment. The regular practice of meditation actually makes physical changes to the brain and leads to increased creativity, self esteem, compassion for yourself and others, productivity, and over all satisfaction with everyday life.

Meditation can also help ease chronic anxiety, depression, pain, addiction and stress - that’s why it’s a part of every program I create for my clients. There’s nothing mystical or strange about it, and you don’t need to be a hardcore yogi, monk, or hippie in order to meditate (if you are, that’s cool too). It’s for everyone, whether you’re a hippie, stay at home mom, or a biker who loves tattoos. Meditation will help make you a stronger version of yourself.


Movement / Strength Training

Learning to use your body, in a manner that respects human nature, through functional and holistic strength training, is paramount to longevity and health. I’ve helped countless people lose excess body fat, gain real world strength, develop better balance, and cultivate a tall/aligned posture.

I don’t just make people tired, I make people better. I don’t just make people look good, I help them develop a leaner physique that can perform at a high level. I don’t design fitness programs that need to take up your whole life, I help people integrate fitness into their life - effortlessly.


Mobility

Flexibility isn’t what most people need, mobility is what they're really after. See, flexibility means you can be passively bent into all sorts of shapes. Excess flexibility actually boosts the likelihood of injury. Mobility, is the ability to control and move yourself with purpose and strength in and out of all sorts of shapes.

Mobility training allows us to restore function to injured joints, improve movement, mitigate injury, and make you a more resilient and athletic human being. Mobility training seeks out the joints in the body that aren’t moving well, and makes them work like new.
